                               RESOLUTION NO. 20677
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
                 FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDED LEASE
                 AGREEMENT FOR ENGEL STADIUM BY AND BETWEEN THE
                 CITY OF CHATTANOOGA AND HAMILTON COUNTY AS
                 LESSORS AND THE ENGEL STADIUM CORPORATION AS
                 LESSEE, A COPY OF SAID AMENDED LEASE AGREEMENT
                 BEING ATTACHED HERETO.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor and the City Finance
       Officer be and are hereby authorized to execute an amended lease
       agreement for Engel Stadium by and between the City of 
Chattanooga
       and Hamilton County as lessors and the Engel Stadium Corporation
       as lessee, a copy of said amended lease agreement being attached
       hereto.
